New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework Sounds Connection Policy

To ensure Sounds Connection can remain open and viable, and to support our staff and guests’ safety, we will be implementing the My Vaccine Pass requirement on 3 December 2021. 

What does this mean for you as a guest traveling with Sounds Connection?

We will require you to please have your My Vaccine Pass ready for scanning. Your pass must be valid.

We haven’t made this decision lightly as it impacts our staff, guests, and community of supporting businesses. However, we wish to ensure we can remain open without restrictions so we appreciate your understanding.

If you are feeling ill or presenting with symptoms of a cough, a high temperature (at least 38°C) or shortness of breath you MUST not join your tour. Please seek advice from health line 0800 358 5453.

Anyone required to be in self-isolation will be unable to participate in our tours.

As per Government requirements, we are contact tracing and will require some basic contact information on booking. We cannot allow you on our tours unless this is supplied.

Sounds Connection has robust COVID-19 policies to keep our staff and guests safe. These include staff staying at home if ill and a requirement to be tested, thorough cleaning of vehicles after each use, in addition to social distancing. Covid tracer app poster and hand sanitiser are in each vehicle and every venue we visit has Covid tracer app posters as well as hand sanitiser for your use. Please practise good hygiene by thoroughly washing your hands at the start and end of your journey with us. Masks are voluntary.

We review our Covid-19 policy regularly as conditions change.

Please do not be offended if our staff do not shake your hand, we still greatly value your business.
